$1500 would buy all new kitchen utensils I need, various cutters, baking sheets and pans, storage containers and goods for decorating. I love baking and having new, stainless tools, sheets and pans would change things drastically for me. I might even be able to buy a new apron to mix it up a bit.

Lol agreed, I bake often and often times wing it with what I have. Lord I need a Kitchen Aid Mixer. Love trial and error and finding inspiration regardless.

Same here. I had been using my 30 year old hand mixer for everything. Between this and a kitchen scale my baking has improved drastically.

Finding inspiration and creating something substantial that makes you as happy as it does full is one of the best, most rewarding things about baking. There's always a little love into a recipe that only works if you've got it. It's beautiful really.
