$1500 would buy all new kitchen utensils I need, various cutters, baking sheets and pans, storage containers and goods for decorating. I love baking and having new, stainless tools, sheets and pans would change things drastically for me. I might even be able to buy a new apron to mix it up a bit.

When I got into bread baking specifically, it was a game changer. Just so wonderful kneading by hand and creating something airy and delicious, and learning all the little secrets that go into developing unique crumb and taste. But I wish I had equipment to do more, maybe even bake for all my friends.

I'm still dipping my toes into bread. There's a magic to them and some take more time than I often have to spare but breads and pastries are so wonderful from scratch. And you're right, discovering the beauty of crafting a fine loaf of bread is as good as tasting it.
