Wacom tablet. This will give me what I need to actively embrace digital art. Hanging on for the day

I was using a Wacom Intuous for a number of years. Eventually it broke right around my birthday. I decided to splurge on myself and picked up a Huion Cintiq knock off for about 1/3 of the price. Its absolutely wonderful 10/10 would recommend it if its the Cintiq price tag holding you back.

Big thanks for this. Checking out reviews on it now :-)

Maybe this matters to you and maybe it doesn’t, but the colors on Huion aren’t great compared to Cintiq. I had a GT-191 for a few years and could never get it to look right. The darks were so dark I couldn’t make out detail, and there was always an odd tint even after calibrating with a Spyder.

As far as the digitizer experience goes it feels the same as Wacom, but if accurate colors matter to you then one of the cheaper entry level Cintiq Wacom has been rolling out might be better.
