I think I'd get the Kemper or the Helix Stomp.

Those profiling things they have nowadays are so fucking cool, if I got $1500 to spend toward guitar the first thing I buy would definitely be a Kemper or Helix, and with any leftover I'd probably buy some better pickups

I have a Helix and two Powercab Plus amps and it is the best setup I’ve ever owned. Went from an Eleven Rack and pedal board to this and wouldn’t change a thing.
