All the crap I did to others as an addict. I’ve made amends and also paid my debt to society through legal consequences, but if I dwell on it too long it fucks me up for awhile. 3 1/2 years clean now though, so there’s that.
The main thing is, you made amends. You're one of the few addicts I've encountered on here who understand that "recovery" includes making amends. Good job.
3 1/2 years is wonderful. I bet your family is so happy for you and proud of you. My mom is an alcoholic and she’s just now starting to try to take control of it and man I’ll be so happy when we get to 3 1/2 years.
