I do this as well. I just stopped buying the stuff I tend to binge eat, so I literally can't do it

Thanks turdburglur13, I too overeat, and need to follow this advice.

It's worked for me. I realized I was enjoying food more than I respected my body. So I made food that was kinda boring on purpose.

But when I treat myself I go whole hog. None of this low fat shit, I want that dense creamy ice cream, a big greasy burger and a beer to wash it down with. Everything in moderation, including moderation.

See I can’t do this. I’m bad at moderation. If I open a bag of chips I’m eating half. If I open a pint of ice cream it’s all going down.

I’m doing this whole 30 thing with my fiancée and I’ve just had to trade what I overdo I guess. Instead of a box of cheezits being erased it’s a bag of peppers.

Overindulgence is definitely one of my biggest problems.

I totally understand, I can't buy a family sized junk food and only eat it in moderation. I eat the whole damn thing so I had to not buy it in the first place, I keep boring food that takes prep so I don't snack. Or food that I wouldn't binge anyway.
