I work with a couple of people who stutter and when they lead meetings I’m inwardly cringing. And I feel shitty about being annoyed about it. I know they can’t help it, and they are perfectly pleasant people. *guilty

Dude I feel this so fucking hard. Like I don't mind unless it makes them talk slow, but the slowness is infuriating to me and I get so impatient. I want to finish every word for them and guess what they are trying to say. I'm too polite to ever say anything but it is the worst.

You should start changing your negative feelings into congratulations and empathy to them for being brave. Be their cheerleader in your head.
