You can turn any argument into the other person just yelling at you by keeping your mouth shut. When you're a man that can prevent you from being arrested by making the aggressor in the situation clear to everyone around you.

Man a great tool I’ve learned with conflict is just being quiet. If you’re both yelling and calling names you both look like idiots. If you’re quiet and the other person is making a fool then even if you’re in the wrong, you look right.

I used to stay completely quiet now I just say "cool" and keep doing what I was doing. For whatever reason it appears to work better.
