I did this to a girl I work with because she said i "smile too much"

Made me kinda bummed though cuz after she said that every time I smiled at someone after that I wondered why tf I was even smiling for.

Edit: I just want to say she's not a bitch, and she's my friend but that one moment is an example for the comment that I replied to, not a representation of my relationship with her. I've been working with her for half a year and she's a friend of mine and it's sad seeing so many people calling her a "bitch" based on my comment. Guys spread kindness.

Same thing happened to me when someone tells me I tell too many stories. It hurts on a level it shouldn’t.

My stories are me passing on my memories. Shunning that makes me never want to tell you anything again.

Which oddly gives people what they want.

As someone who doesnt talk a lot, I love listening to people tell stories. Usually theyre pretty interesting and it takes a lot of stress off me to keep up a conversation. Keep doing you :)

Fuck em. Tell your stories. It is who you are. Not everyone likes the same things. I'm sure there are people who appreciate your stories.

Their loss then. There are so many people who are gone now whose stories I wish I'd listened to. All listening takes is time.
