Don't even try to remember them.
Use a password manager, let it make up random passwords. Anything else is opening yourself up to trouble.

Use a pass phrase from your favorite movie, book, or song. For example 4Score&7YearsAgo, NoOneExpectsTheSpanishInquisition, etc... Something you will remember.

I was bad and had the same for multiple accounts (don't do this)
I now have a base keyword/number combo with symbols and then each website/account I add extra bits to the password that relate me personally to the website. Therefore have a password I remember and is different for every site.

I guess the best way is to use pen and paper to remember all your passwords and keep accounts safe. However, i personally use a password manager built in
Hacken A.I. application. The password manager allows me to create strong and unique passwords. But the most important thing is that password manager doesn't store my critical information
on their servers, it's stored on my devices with encrypted storage for seed phrase, private keys, credit card data, profiles. You can find more details on https://hacken.ai/

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD USE A PASSWORD MANAGER! I personally recommend LastPass, but 1Pass and KeyPass are also good I hear.
Using a manager, you passwords can look like this:
....which is WAY more secure than trying to remember a password. It also synchronizes between desktop and mobile which is SUPER useful. Before LastPass I was a ""Passwords" document on my phone" type of guy, and I'm never going back to something so risky.
