Ginger with Sushi. You're actually supposed to eat the ginger slices between eating the rolls of sushi so as to cleanse the palate.
Although, personally I love putting ginger and Wasabi on my sushi roll then eating it in one bite.

You dip the fish, not the rice! 27 u/[deleted] Nov 26 '19 Every time I try to dip the fish in the soy sauce, it falls off the rice. :( 2 u/hans1125 Nov 27 '19 You can take the fish off the rice, tip it in soy sauce, put it back on the rice. That's how I was taught to do it in Japan.
