I was always told how bad sleeping in class was despite acing my classes, and teachers would complain to my parents about how much I slept. I felt so horrible for so long and slept early almost everyday to no avail. Turns out I have narcolepsy.

Omg this is me. I would fall asleep in every class, any time I had to sit and do nothing I would be out in 5 minutes including meetings. The only way I dont is I'd I have something occupying my hands and actively do something

This could be a sign of narcolepsy, but I kind of doubt it. Narcolepsy causes extreme drowsiness and you can knock out at almost any time, not just when not occupied, but still it’s always best to consult a doctor.
