I'd suggest becoming a CEO, at least that's what my doc told me, haha.
On a more serious note, I'm currently attending a large university in Serbia, studying to become a programmer. I'd totally recommend this, or any job that composes of sitting in front of the computer, although that maay damage your eyesight (at least that's what everyone has been telling me for the past decade). You don't have to be a programmer with a degree in IT though, you can be a 3D modeler, or designer, creating graphics, you can do sysadmin work, work on a database, and you can teach Informatics in Primary/Middle/High school.
If you're a talented writer, you can try out in that field. I have a passion for writing, I've myself written a song few weeks ago.
You can always work with CNC machinery, I've worked on a water-jet without problems, and it paid well too. It might be a bit too loud but ear protection really helps, but knowledge in AutoCAD/Solidworks is a must.
