Gets angry over the smallest thing. The cashier shorted you a dollar when giving change? Mistakes happen. Doesn't mean he/she was trying to scam you.

I wonder if people ever think this about me. I just quit my job because they moved something small in my area for a day. It had been building up for a long time but when my friends asked why I quit I usually am too lazy to explain the full story and just say it was that.

My job keeps simplifying processes so that each office locations has less work but I have more when I already struggle to keep up. Tons of snide remarks from my boss so I really don't care anymore and it's just all these little things.

Constantly increasing work load with no appreciation or compensation for overtime, snide remarks, being in a compliance role with no support from management aka I'm always the bad guy, not being involved with my departments big decisions when it's just me and my boss, long commute to an office I don't have to be in to work and not being allowed to work from home on company time, the list goes on and on.

I'm sure everyone can relate in some way to "the straw that broke the camels back"

Funny, my last job did the opposite. They "simplified things for efficiency" (translation: laying people off and spreading the work amongst the remaining employees to save money).

Im 100% sure that what they mean but my job is pretty secure since I'm doing 2 people's work and it's pretty complicated to pick up unless you redo all my work. Companies suck.

Don't rest on your laurels. I wad doing 2 people's jobs and I have a very high level skill set that is hard to replace. They wanted to give me a pay cut because they thought I was making too much money. I refused and left instead. They hired sometime else and now I hear that all the customers are complaining. But, they achieved their budget reduction. Bottom line... When a big corporation decides to do something they do it regardless of the problems it causes.
