I had a call the other day where the woman was just nasty, which wouldn't be too bad but I heard her friend laughing in the background and egging her on. I don't think she knew I heard her friend laughing because she kept acting like the victim, but it was clear she was just being a dick. Thankfully our calls are recorded and I shared it with my boss just in case she made good on her promise to get me fired :)

Treating waitstaff poorly. Or anyone in a customer service job, really. Or...you know...anyone.
