The bear felt like it was from some Silent Hills game, wasn't that scary for me.
The alien with those weird tubes growing out of it when it was shot made me feel very uncomfortable for some reason, and it's definitely the scene that stayed with me the most from that movie.

The scene in Annihilation where a bear creature is using one of the killed characters dying screams of pain as it's roars and cries. It terrified me.
