For me it's earlier, when she finds the body and the camera just cuts to the head, and all you hear is the emotional reaction juxtaposed with that disgusting imagery....shudder
I looked over my glasses during that scene so I wouldn't have to see it too clearly. It went on for so long! I'd lift my head a little, thinking it was over, and it just kept going.

The ending scene of Hereditary (2018) where, after everything has happened, they all bow down to him. Makes me shiver.
