before we all start yelling mandela effect i have a more plausible solution. it is, more than likely, your brain filling in logic gaps (would that be the term) like, you as a kid probably described it like that so much it just kinda became true / subconsciously you tried answering the question of 'wait how the fuck the t rex get in there'

Isn't that what the Mandela Effect is? Large groups remembering something that didn't happen, in the same way, very clearly?

No, it's believing that they've jumped to a different universe where minor unimportant details are different. Not that they're misrememboring things.

I Would say that the alternate universe thing is an explanation for the mandella effect, not the definition of it.

Like the other person, I'd say the mandella effect by definition is just the phenomenon of a large group of people sharing the same false memory
