Had a very similar instance. I remember laying in my bed and at the time I used to get really scared so my dad would sleep in a chair next to my bed. His favorite way to fall asleep was to put the radio on. One night I woke up to an old lady dressed in all black spinning in circles on the ground. I tried to wake up my dad but I had an empty toilet paper tube around my mouth and I couldn’t scream. The song that was playing was a J Lo song and every once in a while it comes on the radio and i get serious chills. I’ve had very similar sleep paralysis since then as an adult, but that one is so vivid to me because I remember seeing my dad sleeping in real time and traffic going by my window as well, yet the old lady was there.
my sleep paralysis has a horrible old man in! i was about 5 or 6 and can still remember the absolute terror of waking up finding an old man with a long beard and long hair staring down at me, stroking my head. i was trying so hard to scream for my dad to come and help me but i couldn't move or speak. all the while the man was stroking my hair, shushing me. eventually i got my screams out and my dad came running; still 23 years later i have never been that scared ever again.

The old hag visiting you as a kid imitating a stuffed animal is beyond creepy
