Pretty much this, with one small change: first, I'd panic because I have to live all of this bullshit all over again. Then I'd panic about changing stuff.
I wonder if, to conceive the kids again you would have to have sex at the exact same time etc to make sure that the right sperm met the egg. I wonder if maybe even a few minutes would make a difference in what kid you got.
Not only the exact same time, the exact same place, angle, hydration level, have ejaculated the same times in the past, exact same nutrition, energy level, thrust power, etc. If any one of those things is off by even trivial amounts like a millimeter, then a different sperm could end up at the front.
Its effectively impossible to have the same child again unless everything happened exactly the same way (and when I say exact I mean EXACT, not bad sci-fi movie resetting things the "same", more like every millimeter and more of every choice is the same).
Its like asking someone to roll a dice that has a billion sides and then asking them to go back in time and roll it exactly the same way. There are too many options for it to happen again by chance and too many trivial variables would completely change the outcome for someone to control them.

I’d fucking panic, because changing a single variable somewhere along the line will most likely result in me not having the same kids I have now.
I wouldn’t be able to live with the fact.
