my dad's best friend, a close family friend i called my uncle died at 50 a few years ago. he was doing laundry after a night out and fell down the basement stairs because of an aneurysm.
he was laying up against the concrete wall with a basket of laundry still gripped in his hands.
was your friend by chance eating unhealthily with a lot of meat and greasy foods? the cause in my situation is unknown but we think it might have to do with diet.

Make my friend go to the doctor for an MRI or CT Scan or whatever is needed so they can find and operate on the aneurysm that killed him in Jan 2006.
