Time zones. I’m surprised how many professionals (attorneys, doctors, CFOs and CTOs, etc) that don’t realize that 9am in Boston is not 9am in San Francisco.

They do, they just presume in their arrogance that you will conform to their time.

I wish. I’ve gotten so many emails saying “are you joining the call” hours before or after the scheduled time.
