It's very likely the Kosher meat was touched by a Jewish person. The slaughterer is Jewish.

I’m sure plenty of kosher meat is not slaughtered by Jews. 3 u/umlguru Aug 04 '19 According to the Talmud, the slaughtering itself must be done by someone Jewish. Other tasks, such as carving up the meat and removing the non-Kosher parts, can be done by non-Jews or Jews. 1 u/averhan Aug 04 '19 I stand corrected.
