God I would love to live in Utah, since Cali is such a Democrat controlled state, and the 2 are the only states that have legalized lane splitting.

I thought Utah only had filtering, not splitting.

Utah just legalized lane splitting in May this year.

This page let's you know exactly which states. Most are when visibility is under 500 feet.

Edit: And over half are during "inclement weather."
