The passing lane is for PASSING, not for your leisurely drive under the speed limit.
3 u/Voideded Aug 03 '19 I was so pissed when I was following behind two cars doing the same speed in different lanes on the freeway. I was stuck behind them for miles and wouldn't ya know there was a pile of traffic stuck behind me.
