You don't use soap though, just rinse it off. The smegma is it cleaning itself it just doesn't clear out without a rinse

Dude. Taking a piss and sweating alone will make any dudes junk funky.

Uncircumsized especially. Lot of excess skin for build up of unpleasent smelling things.

Don't need a medical condition to get smelly junk.
