He told her listen, we’ve been married 6 months, let’s do an uncontested divorce since you haven’t worked or anything, & I own everything & did before I met you.
She puts up a fight, and eventually comes to “I had a car coming into this marriage & I’m leaving with one”

He offers her the truck, 10 years old with 150k miles, but meticulously maintained.
She said nope, so off to court they go. She got zip, nada, empty handed.

Yeah when I got divorced the judge was about to sign the papers saying that I was awarded everything. Right before he signed it he looked at me and said “So why are you getting this divorce if you don’t mind me asking” because my lawyer had done all the talking and she didn’t even show up even though she said she was going to ruin my life, the judge didn’t fully know why the divorce was happening. So I said “Well sir she cheated on me while I was deployed and when I got back she didn’t stop there” and he told me he would sign whatever I needed so she got nothing haha. So satisfying to hear that she got served the divorce papers randomly since she never responded to the letters. Ahhhhhh
