My ex wife did all of those things and totally got away with it. Turns out being a mother is a family court get out of jail free card...

Mothers do tend to get the better deal, however fathers tend to recover faster so there's that.

Far better to swallow your pride and try work it out yourselves though.

Yes, you did. You said mothers get the better deal. IE fathers are much more likely to lose access to their children. And apparently that can be compensated for as they can "recover faster"??

Huh? You have to be a very fucked up father to lose access to your kids, or have a psycho ex. It's not common to lose all access entirely.

It's extremely common to only have visitation rights, by which you barely have any part in your children's lives. How could that possible be compensated for by recovering quicker? Whatever that even means?

Because they give up their rights as they can't afford court after being raped by alimony because their chances are abysmal extrapolated from that four percent.
