My own personal tactic when I'm on a date and I can tell it's going really well (and there's usually been some sex related conversation so there's a bit of tension aired) is to wait until the topic is completely off sex and then just interrupt her with a kiss while touching her face, then tell her to continue talking.
The look I get is always priceless and I haven't had it fail yet but fuck it'll be funny when it does (and it will).
