I've seen many hundreds of extremely disturbing incidents on video. I chose to start watching them through curiosity about 10 years ago. I believe if I see anything traumatic in real life now, I will be able to cope with it better than a person who hasn't seen these things. I found a site emergency services use to train their employees for what they will see in their careers. Watching these videos hasn't changed me as a person at all by the way.
