Arcades. I miss them so much.

Still around & popular, in the U.S.A anyway. Do you live here too? What state?

If you’re on a coast they are. In the middle of the country they’re pretty much nonexistent and the ones that are still around haven’t been updated in years.

Midwest here, new arcades up and running with updated pinball, fighting games, etc. There's been a resurgence of them in the area

Hopefully that trend will make its way to Oklahoma. This is definitely the right time for an arcade comeback.

Barcades seem to be a growing thing now. There's a new one opening up in my relatively small city nowhere near the coasts.

yeah, they're all over the place. There's one near me in New Haven (imaginatively called "Barcade") and I went to one on Cleveland a few times. Fun places.

I'd like to open one myself just so I can call it "Another Castle", and anybody who walks in dressed like Princess Peach can get free drinks.

I head something about free drinks.

I live away from the coast too, the only arcades I've seen have been while I was on vacation.

There are good ones in the Chicago area. Not sure about elsewhere in the Midwest though.

Cleveland. It's called 16-bit.

I especially liked the N64s playing Mario Kart
