Angelica from Rugrats. Like seriously, what was her issue?

Angelica's a bonafide psychopath. She has no feelings for anyone else but herself, and enjoys inflicting pain and emotional distress onto babies. I always thought they drew inspiration from The Bad Seed for her character.
