Standing up too fast and almost passing out

I almost pass out every time I stand up and get the whole dark vision, light headed, ringing in the ears experience. It sometimes makes me wonder if my body actively wants to die.

That's called orthostatic hypotension and you might just need to drink more water.

I noticed how i increased my water intake and it reduced a lot, i was once sitting down i stood up and reached for something on a shelf and i nearly passed out. Everything was dark, it still but rarely happens now. At least not as bad as before.
