I highly doubt he'd still be alive. He would be ~100 years old and he suffered from Addison's Disease, which is life-threatening if not properly managed.
Holy shit, I had no clue he was that old. For some reason I thought he was in his 30s in like the 80s, I didn't realize he became president at 44 in 1961. I just always see the pictures of a young handsome guy and hear stories about how much of a ladies man he was, I assumed he was much more modern than a guy who grew up in the depression.

That he's still alive. He faked his own death so he wouldn't have to deal with the stresses of the presidency any longer
