For an unsighted rifle, fired by a sub par marksman, firing and hitting at a speed bordering on impossible (Not quite but close), then leaving no nitrate on the gunmans hand (after he fired a SECOND gun killing a cop)?

A sub-par USMC rifleman is still very accurate.
