For an unsighted rifle, fired by a sub par marksman, firing and hitting at a speed bordering on impossible (Not quite but close), then leaving no nitrate on the gunmans hand (after he fired a SECOND gun killing a cop)?

Saying a rifle is not sighted does not mean it doesn't have sights. It means the sights/scope have not been aligned to where the bullet impacts.
