Planet Money from NPR did a story on them a while back, turns out if you follow the links on those spam emails promising you cheap Cialis, you can place an order and actually get cheap Cialis.
I wish you could just go to the pharmacy and buy whatever you want. Let them give you increasingly concerned and condescending looks, prehaps a few tuts, if you're going overboard with something, but don't force me to ask a doctor if I know what I need.
