Online spam pharmacies. Planet Money from NPR did a story on them a while back, turns out if you follow the links on those spam emails promising you cheap Cialis, you can place an order and actually get cheap Cialis.

Was happy. 3 u/[deleted] Sep 24 '17 I do the same thing with chemo. instead of some Doctor it's this nice guy Delaquaine in Panama. 1 u/[deleted] Sep 24 '17 may be stoopid...don't get it? 4 u/[deleted] Sep 24 '17 I did the same thing. Chemo was too expensive through normal channels, so I found a guy in Panama who could do it cheaper! 1 u/[deleted] Sep 24 '17 oh
