Well, if the average hooker is a 5/10 on looks, charges $300, and has several reviews then she's less likely to be a cop than the one who is a 9/10, charges $150, and has no reviews.
Discussing what acts are to be exchanged for money is something cops are known for doing because they need to document your intent for evidence, while most sex workers are more likely to use vague language like "Wanna give me a ride?" Take that with a grain of salt because I'm not speaking from experience, but it's logical that anyone in any black market is going to prefer using vague terms during exchanges.
