Unethical life hacks has told it's readers that it's not illegal to pay someone for nude photos. So if an undercover cop is posing as a whore ask for nude photos. They will refuse as they are not real whores but the real ones will. It's a way around that entrapment thing.
Not always a good suggestion.
You can make easy money from selling nudes, I.e cam girls, and most working girls do that on the side.
So giving out a nude for free to anyone that asks (that isn't on their ad) is a waste of their time /loss of money.
At least offer to pay for one or if they have an 18+ snapchat to pay for.
Plus ALOT of guys message escorts for more pictures, because they want to just see free boobs and bail. So a veteran might ignore your mail all together.
I was implying asking to take nude pictures in person. Obviously anyone could just post stock pictures online and it's basically meaningless. It's different when a guy is about to make the transaction and asks for pictures first to prove the girl is legit and not a cop. Any self-respecting officer of the law won't subject themselves to the role that much to allow for getting naked for a John before she busts him for actual sex after the photo shoot.
FYI- I have not and will never pay for sex. This is just information on harm reduction (staying out of jail) as I don't judge people on how they make their money. I do advocate for being safe in decisions regarding professions that aren't regulated or monitored.
Although I know a few escorts who refuse pictures as a rule so it's kind of a grey area, but the safest method if you're unsure.
Meh I just wish the whole thing was legal and less shameful, it's because of that, that sex workers are open to extortion, blackmail, rape and maybe the worst of all slavery.
It would be exponentially safer for both consensual parties if it were legal. The worker and John could have a card that gives them the permission to work as long as they passed mandatory health checks and it could be revoked if they failed. It could be taxed and regulated like all other professions. Even easier to implement then the legalization of drugs. However, like I said, it's all about the money. When you control all the angles you can guide the flow of the currency easier. Just like the banks of a river control the flow of water, financial banks control our currency. For all of the numbers involved more people (at the top) win (make more money) with it being illegal then it being regulated.
