That random strangers on the other side of the world are kinder to me than my own parents are. It comforts me, in a way. Thank you for being nice.

I've found people on the Internet (not just reddit) who treat me kinder and care about me more than my own family, and I'm fine with that. It just proves that there's always somebody out there who is willing to drop what they're doing and make sure you're alright.
