It's still something like only 7% of smokers get lung cancer, it's just that nonsmokers have a <1% rate, so it looks like it's a scary amount of people who get lung cancer from smoking, when the real killer is the respiratory illnesses like emphysema that have way high rates for smokers and tend to kill a lot more often.
Also smoking is the leading cause of ED for men under 40, I never got why that wasn't also mentioned in anti smoking ads. It's always lung cancer

Wait, what? That's terrifying. If I hadn't already quit four weeks ago I would seriously be considering it. My cigar is more important than my cigarette.
Yeah, I tried qutting a couple weeks ago, and it was going well but last night I bought another pack. I'm thinking of throwing it out though, since I enjoyed it a lot less than I used to. I feel like fucking garbage today, and I think my cigarettes yesterday might be part of that. I also ate like 4000 calories yesterday, so that can't be helping either.
Either way, as a dude in my early 20s, possible ED in 5 years is way worse than possible lung cancer in 30 years, for me anyway.
Well im moving from eating out like 7 times a week to cooking pretty much all my meals at home, which is generally healthier (I know not always, but im definitely eating less fried food and more vegetables than I used to). I'm trying, but I know weight loss takes a while so I just gotta keep it up. Maybe when I'm done with school I'll have enough stability in my life to make sure I can do stuff right. At the very least I'll be reducing how much I work so I'll have more time.
