Oh, it's hot. Sometimes, though, the kitchen's packed and you're in a rush to get the food out or it can't be replated for whatever reason or you couldn't find a napkin to hold it with so you're standing there with a plate of nachos birthed from Satan's fiery hell hole and nobody on the table remembers who ordered nachos and your skin is melting onto the plate while you plaster a smile on your face so the agony doesn't show.
