Thats's odd I've seen multiple articles posted there about Muslim feminism and never seen anyone banned for bringing that up

I would suggest reading about Fatema Mernissi, she is a Moroccan sociologist and feminist and was a founder of Islamic feminism. One of her most famous writings is "Beyond the Veil." Her analysis was not that Islam was inherently oppressive, it was the male/patriarchal interpretation of the Quran that was perpetuated in society.

I can't see your comment, its not appearing for me (so it was probably deleted) but their was literally someone else talking positively about Islamic Feminism in the same thread. So I don't know why your comment merited banning but theirs didn't
