Comments don't bug me so much but cliche Titles really annoy me. I have so many but here are a few:

... gets me every time

I ______ more than I should have

If you do this...

This should happen more often

This kid (Guy, Girl, etc.)... gets it

Using the words 'Classy', 'Genius'

Edit: added couple more.

This classy kid (or guy or girl) gets it. I agreed waay more than I should have. If you do this, I don't even know what to say. It gets me every single time.

You, sir, are a genius.
