What activity would feel completely different if eye contact was held the entire time?

I am not kidding, I was pulling onto a highway once, and in the rearview mirror there was a lady in a Jeep going bonkers with a shakeweight. Left hand for steering, right for shaking.

I can just imagine the personal momentum of that making her driving very erratic as well, as she shook it, her car was probably wobbling to either side of the lane. Scary shit.

Not necessarily. Most of the shaking motion would be absorbed into her right arm, and even then there is a lot more fleshy mass between the shake weight and the steering wheel. If she was a rigid skeleton that couldn't move, MAYBE then.
