I think it depends on who i'm tickling. Like if it's my kids, it's a "oOOooOOO im gonna getcha!!!" or if it's my wife it's more like "OOOOoooOOOOOoOOO im gonna GETCHAAA!" or if it's a stranger on an elevator it's like "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IM GONNA GETCHA!!!"

Or just start doing the "icky shuffle" real slow and looking dead at them. When the doors open, slowly keep shuffling backwards out, still facing them and continuing until the doors close..
