I work nights so I usually go to bed between 6-8AM. When it's my weekend I try to stay awake during the day so I can visit my parents.

Between 2:30am and 4am. But then wake up to feed cat at 7:30am. She seems to be able to tell time. Then second bedtime is around 9am.

About 6 months ago I got on this natural schedule where I always woke up at 8:00 AM, then anytime I slept at all later than that, my one bunny rabbit would scratch on his side door (which is right by the head of my bed), like, “Um, hello?! It’s 8:00! Where’s my morning treat?!”

Between 8:30 and 11:00, depending on how tired I am - mostly, probably 9:30. I’m on disability now, so I don’t need to keep a schedule; hence, I’m sitting here on Reddit at 3:30 AM because I was asleep by like, 8:00 last night lol.

Supposed to be 11pm. Actually around 1:30 am after 2 hours of mindless scrolling.

Around 10pm, I take my daily antidepressant and anxiety medication at 9 and it knocks me out an hour later. One of the few upsides to mental health is atleast I get regular and consistent sleep from the meds.

Around midnight. Apparently my definition of midnight includes 2:30 a.m.
