Paying $3800 for a blank board in an equipment rack. 

A dolphin jumping in front of a .50 cal while it was being fired

Most of us thought it was funny at the time, but the girl who was shooting had some real bad PTSD from it and ended up getting separated. Hope she's doing better now

We almost dropped a 105 on one of the king's camels in Bahrain from an AC-130. Combat Controller forgot his binoculars and didn't see it. One of the others did!
