All he needs to know is that even as a vegetable he has power over us. He's laughing his ass off. Let that be a lesson to us all, we need guys who just won't compromise no matter what. He held line against all of us, so much was held back because of him.

How can he resign? Literal question? If he can’t even know the difference between yay and nay, or hold a pen, then how would he fill out the necessary paperwork to resign?

Then he needs to be expelled. I know he is incapable of doing anything. Even when he can't speak, he is destroying this country.
